The aim is to specify the responsibilities
and authority of personnel, as they apply
to quality. All relevant personnel should
understand these responsibilities.
Quality
Policy
The mangement respresentative defines
the quality policy and quality objectives
and are included in the quality system
manual after approval from partner. All
employees are explained and advised on
the same on joining the office or during
training. The quality policy objectives
are displayed at prominent locaitons in
English and local language, also it is
ensured that every one has understood,
implemented and maintained the same at
all levels of the organization.
